With an established 8-figure core brand and a new brand we are currently building from scratch, we are in an exciting growth phase.

Your Mission
As a Senior CRM Manager, you will bear significant responsibility for sustainably increasing the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) of our customers.
You think about CRM holistically:
- Beyond email, beyond campaigns, beyond short-term sales.
You will develop, test, and scale measures along the entire customer journey -- with the clear goal that customers feel comfortable with everydays long-term, understand and love our products, and buy more frequently.
This role is both strategic and hands-on.
You will not be measured by hours, tasks, or diligence -- but by results.
Your Tasks
- Development and responsibility for a holistic CRM strategy (not just email)
- Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of all CRM measures along the customer journey
- Building intelligent flows, campaigns, and touchpoints with Klaviyo
- Testing new messaging approaches, formats, triggers, and mechanics -- quickly, data-based, iteratively
- Close coordination with Brand, Copy, Performance & Product
- Translating customer needs, fears, desires, and questions into highly relevant messaging
- Finding a balance between brand building, direct response, and conversion-strong copy
- Analysis of KPIs such as CLV, Repeat Rate, Engagement, Churn, Contribution Margin
What You Should Bring
- At least 4 years of experience as a CRM Manager (ideally in the D2C environment)
- You master Klaviyo like the back of your hand
- Strong strategic understanding and a desire for operational implementation
- You think in hypotheses, tests, and learnings -- not in to-do lists
- Deep understanding of customer journeys, psychology, needs, and decision-making processes
- Empathy for customers and a genuine interest in understanding them
- Very good feel for copy, storytelling, and messaging
- You measure your success by impact, not by working hours

If you primarily see CRM as a sales or discount channel, you are in the wrong place with us.
Sales and discounts are 100% part of it when applied sensibly, but they are not the core of our CRM philosophy.

- Not "working through A-Z and ticking boxes"
- Not isolated silo thinking
- Not pure campaign management without ownership
