We are seeking a Junior Market Research Consultant, internally known as an 'Analyst', to join and strengthen our project teams. In this role, you will learn how we successfully run client projects and gain valuable experience supporting all phases of a market research project. Through exposure to diverse projects and tasks, you will be developed into a comprehensive and versatile market researcher with opportunities for growth within our company. You will collaborate with experienced, skilled, and curious project leads and method experts from various academic backgrounds. Your Profile
We are looking for individuals with:
- Successful completion of studies (Masters, PhD) in Business (Marketing, MBA), Social Sciences (Psychology), or a related field.
- Experience working with quantitative survey data, including questionnaire design, primary data collection, data cleaning/validation, and charting/visualization.
- Knowledge of statistics and quantitative research methods.
- A strong mathematical understanding for analyzing complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- A proactive mindset with initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to ask questions.
- The ability to seek information, drive your own learning, quickly grasp complex processes, and apply them effectively.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal).
What We Offer
Your primary role will be to support our team through all necessary project phases. You will also be challenged to individually execute certain phases in close collaboration with the project leader. This position involves assisting in all operational tasks to ensure smooth and successful project execution, including planning and implementing robust quantitative research for ad-hoc and tracking projects. A significant focus will be on working closely with data to enable our project leads to deliver compelling client stories. This includes data analysis, interpretation, visualization, reporting, and conceptualizing results for client presentations.
