Our team (currently approx. 16-18 people) is growing -- and for this, we need you as a strategic anchor and empathetic point of contact.

Your Mission

You are the bridge between management and the team. You find the right talents, build stable processes, and ensure that our "fafe DNA" remains alive in every team member.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Recruiting A--Z: You manage the entire process (job postings, screening, initial interviews, work samples) and find exactly the "creative systematists" who fit our principle-oriented way of working.
• Performance & Development: You have our appointments under control. You prepare quarterly and annual reviews in a structured manner, accompany them, and ensure follow-up.
• Culture & Morale: You are the first point of contact for feedback and problems. With your sense of people, you ensure an excellent atmosphere and recognize tensions before they arise.
• Structure Provider: You help us establish clear guidelines and to-do systems within the team, so everyone knows what to do, when, and how.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Experience: You have already worked in a team of comparable size and have sound experience in HR and recruiting.
• People Skills: You have a keen sense for personalities (Green Flags vs. Red Flags) and can distinguish between "self-actualizers" and "real team players."
• Love for Structure: You work independently, love clear processes, and always keep an overview of deadlines and appointments.
• Presence: Since proximity to the team is important to us, you will be on-site in Cologne approx. 40-50% of your time.
