The Practical Details
- The Housing Fix: Porto's rental market is tough, so we're offering a shared apartment for €280 a month. This includes all your utilities (water, electricity, internet) for the first year.
- The Money: The base is €1,100 (paid 14 times a year), plus a €150 monthly bonus.
- The Welcome: There is a €2,000 sign-on bonus just for joining the team.
- Hybrid Setup: You'll have a mix of working from home and our Porto office.
What The Work Looks Like
- You'll be the go-to person for Dutch-speaking patients who need help with their medical devices—everything from technical troubleshooting to managing their supply orders.
- Since medical needs don't stop, we work on a 24/7 rotation. This includes weekends and occasional night shifts (though the night team is small, so it's not a constant thing).
- You'll be using both Dutch and English (B2/C1) to document cases and communicate with the team.
