Requirements

Must have:

• Successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in (business) informatics, business administration with a banking focus, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field.
• Very good software development skills and many years of practical experience in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++, as well as in a scripting language such as Clojure/Lisp or JavaScript.
• Analytical skills to work into complex issues.
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with the core banking system OSPlus; experience with it is an advantage.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; team-oriented and creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of customer requirements in projects across all phases of the development process with a focus on automation solutions in the banking environment.
• Creation of autopilots based on our interactive service platform for the efficient automation of core banking applications.
• Digitization of processes in close dialogue with clients using diverse IT components.
• Responsibility for maintenance, further development, and integration of central IT applications within the scope of application management in coordination with customers and specialist departments.
