ABOUT US
Find a Job in Germany [FAJIG] is a job coaching company in Berlin that helps international Tech & IT professionals secure a job and build a life in Germany. We're a team of 12 with a good vibe with an office in Berlin-Neukölln. Our purpose is to empower talent from around the world to achieve their career goals in Germany while shaping the country as an immigration nation. As we continue to grow we're looking for a Job Coach / Customer Success Manager to join us on our mission and help our "coachees" find a job in Germany.
YOUR ROLE
- This is a career consulting role. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end journey of your coachees: assisting with CVs and job interviews, consulting on contracts, their relocation to Germany, and supporting them well into their first few months on the job.
- You'll be their main contact person after signing up to our program, guiding them through a clearly defined process by providing continuous and professional feedback. You'll be in charge of deciding on the measures and steps they need to take so they eventually land an offer.
- You'll be your coachees' main source of job market insight and motivation throughout their journey so they don't lose focus. You explain to them what it comes down to in order to be successful in Germany. Hence, you manage their success by being their intercultural guide.
YOUR PROFILE
- You come with excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Communication is everything in this job.
- You have a sharp eye and spot errors where other people don't see them. Paying attention to detail is something you actually enjoy.
- You have a customer-first mindset and are able to motivate other people.
- You bring strong (self-)organization skills, resilience, and the ability to manage a high volume of coaching sessions without losing focus or quality, combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You're an empath. That means you like engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, you have an open mindset, and you actually care for other people's success.
- If you have first experience in HR/recruiting, business coaching, adult education, that will be an advantage. Ideally you bring an understanding of service-oriented processes and CRM software tools to the table. However, what we expect is an inherent interest in the topics of HR/Recruiting, Tech & IT, and Coaching.
WE OFFER YOU
- Rewarding work in an international and diverse team with flat structures, an open feedback culture and mentoring.
- You'll benefit from an extensive onboarding experience, and we ensure you grow your skills beyond that phase so that you'll get the chance of a steady learning curve with growing responsibility and remuneration.
- Home office/remote work 2 days per week.
- Monthly Jobticket/Deutschlandticket for public transportation.
- Annual training budget for further education.
- 30 vacation days per year and no overtime! Your work schedule is closely tied to our office hours.
- You get to have a positive impact on the life of other people.
Interested? Go ahead and apply here through LinkedIn. Please, make sure your CV is actually attached to your profile because we're only able to respond to meaningful applications. A cover letter is not required. In case we find your profile interesting we'll reach out to you. We're looking forward to getting to know you!
