This platform enables customers to collect, structure, and share expert knowledge for excellent fault diagnosis and problem-solving.\n\n## Your Role\n\nWe are seeking a Customer Success Specialist / Support Engineer (m/f/d) for digital solutions to drive our growth. This is a full-time (40 hours) position, fully remote within Germany.
