Your Role

To drive our growth, we are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for digital solutions in the industrial sector. This is a full-time (40 hours) position, fully remote within Germany. You will primarily work from home, with occasional travel to Herford or customer sites.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategically and operationally manage key accounts, fostering long-term relationship development.
• Analyze customer structures, identify growth potential, and collaborate with contacts to develop measures for improving and expanding cooperation.
• Ensure successful implementation of our solutions by managing internal and external project stakeholders effectively.
• Actively monitor market trends, anticipate challenges, and position FINDIQ as a strategic partner.
• Contribute an entrepreneurial perspective to customer strategy development and actively shape Customer Success processes and structures.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within a technical field, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in handling complex customer projects.
• International experience is a plus.
• Experience with digital solutions, ideally in an industrial or technical context.
• Strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in machinery and equipment.
• Willingness for occasional travel (approx. 15%) to domestic and international customers.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are beneficial.
• High customer focus, a confident demeanor, and adeptness in communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Independent, structured work style with strong execution capabilities.
• Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A desire to take on responsibility and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.
