FINDIQ is a fast-growing tech startup from the industrial region of East Westphalia-Lippe, focused on leading the generational change in industrial machinery and equipment servicing. We have developed the first AI-supported knowledge platform for industrial services, enabling customers to collect, structure, and share expert knowledge for excellent fault diagnosis and sustainable problem-solving.
Your Role
To drive our growth, we are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for digital solutions in the industrial sector. This is a full-time (40 hours) position, fully remote within Germany. You will primarily work from home, with occasional travel to Herford or customer sites.

Your Responsibilities
- Strategically and operationally manage key accounts, fostering long-term relationship development.
- Analyze customer structures, identify growth potential, and collaborate with contacts to develop measures for improving and expanding cooperation.
- Ensure successful implementation of our solutions by managing internal and external project stakeholders effectively.
- Actively monitor market trends, anticipate challenges, and position FINDIQ as a strategic partner.
- Contribute an entrepreneurial perspective to customer strategy development and actively shape Customer Success processes and structures.

What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within a technical field, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in handling complex customer projects.
- International experience is a plus.
- Experience with digital solutions, ideally in an industrial or technical context.
- Strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in machinery and equipment.
- Willingness for occasional travel (approx. 15%) to domestic and international customers.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are beneficial.
- High customer focus, a confident demeanor, and adeptness in communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- Independent, structured work style with strong execution capabilities.
- Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A desire to take on responsibility and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.
