Your Role

As part of the B2C Retention Team, you will be the central point of contact for our existing B2C customers. You will support them in extending their current subscription or booking their next one, providing individual and targeted advice -- from suitable options and vehicle changes to our loyalty program. With your intuition for the wishes and needs of our customers, you will ensure they find the best possible mobility solution and experience first-class customer service.

Your Goals

  • Increase Customer Loyalty: Actively support our existing customers in extending their subscriptions or switching to a new one. Through targeted advice, ensure long-term satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Proactive & Individual Consultation: Reach out to customers' wishes and needs through various channels (phone, email, etc.) and offer them the optimal mobility solution -- including personalized advice on our loyalty program.
  • Utilize Customer Feedback: Accurately perceive the needs of our existing customers, collect their feedback, and relay it internally to continuously improve processes, products, and communication.
  • Develop Strategic Retention Measures: Implement targeted measures to increase customer loyalty with a view to the entire customer lifecycle and work closely with your team to further develop the retention strategy.
  • Optimize Processes: Analyze existing processes in customer management, identify areas for improvement, and contribute your ideas to make our processes more efficient and customer-friendly.

Your Profile

  • You enjoy customer contact and ideally have some experience in customer consulting, customer sales, or customer service. Career starters are also very welcome!
  • You are service-oriented and work independently to solve customer problems.
  • You are a communication talent -- both written and verbal. You find it easy to adapt to different conversation partners.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy questioning existing processes and optimizing your work.
  • You speak fluent German and are proficient in English.

€33,000 - €43,000 a year

The fixed gross salary for this position ranges from €33,000 to €43,000 per year. Additionally, you benefit from virtual shares in the company's success (VSOP - Virtual Stock Option Plan).

Your individual placement within this range will be determined during the application process and will be based on your experience, qualifications, and specific expertise. The stated range reflects our current planning at the time of publication; we reserve the right to make future adjustments in line with market developments.
