You will handle incoming tickets, review issues related to billing or incoming payments, and coordinate with internal contacts on open questions. You will ensure careful documentation and contribute to the timely and service-oriented resolution of concerns. Together with internal departments (e.g., Sales and Customer Service), you identify discrepancies and resolve problems quickly.\n* Customer service: You are the contact person for all questions regarding invoices and payments and handle them professionally and quickly. You ensure that everything complies with our guidelines and regulations.\n* Team collaboration: You work closely with your team to ensure that customers receive the best possible support and that the team's goals are achieved.\n\n## Your Profile\n\n* You are enrolled at a state-recognized university.\n* You enjoy customer contact and are eager to work in an exciting startup atmosphere.\n* You are service-oriented and work independently to solve customer problems.\n* You are a communication talent -- both written and spoken.
