Your Tasks
- You develop and implement inbound marketing campaigns for MQL generation (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for defined target groups in the financial services industry.
- You continuously analyze KPIs and customer journeys and derive data-based optimization and testing measures.
- You participate in the technical design of inbound-suitable websites and landing pages and develop campaign concepts in line with brand positioning.
- You are responsible for budget planning, negotiation, and controlling, as well as regular reporting on campaign success measurement with clear recommendations for action.
- You coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Management, Product Marketing/Brand, Graphics) and are responsible for the selection, briefing, and operational management of the external performance marketing agency.
- You proactively engage with AI tools and current performance marketing trends, test, and implement new technologies to optimize campaign setups, targeting, creatives, automation, and reporting.
- You hand over MQLs with relevant context information for optimal sales approach.
Your Qualifications
- You have relevant professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or the fintech environment, as well as familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial sector (GDPR, compliance issues).
- You can already demonstrate success in lead generation via paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- You have experience in managing external service providers/agencies with clear expectations regarding output and quality.
- Your analytical thinking and data-driven approach characterize you.
- You are communicative, creative, and can clearly present your ideas with a feel for customer needs.
- You are enthusiastic about using modern AI tools and ideally have experience in meaningfully integrating such applications into processes.
