(Senior) Venture & Growth Manager (m/f/d)

Fleetlery is a fast-growing startup based in Hamburg, providing staffing and logistics services to leading platforms in the food delivery industry. As we continue to expand our footprint in Germany and across Europe, we are looking for a Venture & Growth Manager (m/f/d). Someone who combines commercial drive with strategic thinking and enjoys building lasting partnerships.

Your Mission

As our Venture & Growth Manager, you will help us grow Fleetlery's business with existing clients while expanding into new markets and partnerships. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and driving our expansion in Germany and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop relationships with existing key accounts in Germany and Europe
• Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, target segments, and competitive advantages
• Develop tailored proposals, commercial offers, and strategic partnership models
• Collaborate with Operations and Management to ensure sustainable client growth
• Support cross-border expansion and market entry projects
• Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, investments, and growth projects

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2--4 years of experience in business development, strategy, or consulting. Experience from management consulting is highly valued
• Proven track record in account management, sales or business growth roles
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages (e.g. Spanish, French) are a plus
• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on attitude, high sense of ownership, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
