Remote German-Speaking Appointment Setter (Commission-Only, Freelance)

Are you a self-driven communicator who thrives on freedom, results, and rewards? We're looking for high-performing German-speaking appointment setters to join our expanding remote team.

What You'll Do:

• Book qualified appointments with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on provided criteria.
• Use provided resources (scripts, ICP description, offer details) to find and contact leads.
• Fully own your outreach and appointment-setting strategy -- your performance is what matters most.
• Work independently, wherever and whenever suits you best.

Compensation (Commission-Only):

We reward performance --- the more you book, the more you earn.

• Appointments 1--10/month: €40 each

• Appointments 11--20/month: €45 each

• Appointments 21--50/month: €50 each

• Appointments 51+/month: €55 each

• Top 3 appointment setters each month receive additional bonus compensation

• Only shown-up appointments are paid. Weekly or bi-weekly payouts available.

Requirements:

• Fluent German speaker (native or near-native level)
• Experience in outreach, sales, or appointment setting is a strong plus
• Clear communicator, fast learner, and comfortable working independently
• Must be able to operate as a freelancer (Selbstständig) -- no employment relationship
