What Your Day-to-Day Will Involve
This is a territory ownership role focused on driving revenue growth across the Northern Germany region. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic territory plans.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Cultivating long-term relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Analyzing customer challenges to effectively position the product portfolio.
- Selling advanced therapy systems to clinical teams and decision-makers.
- Providing product demonstrations and facilitating trials for customers.
- Preparing proposals and commercial tender documents.
Success in this role is measured by achieving sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling medical, healthcare, or rehabilitation technology.
- Experience selling neuro, spinal, and ortho products.
- Demonstrated success selling into hospitals and clinical settings.
- Understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- A passion for building lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to strategically manage a large territory.
Experience in the rehabilitation or physiotherapy markets is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.
