FINANCE & HR SPECIALIST (M/W/D)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all finance and HR matters in our company, working closely with management. You will build pragmatic structures and ensure that our team grows well and is financially sound. You will be both strategic and hands-on, serving as the first point of contact for our team and external partners.
THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsibility for HR and Finance topics in a growing startup
- Development and continuous improvement of simple, scalable HR and financial structures
- Budget planning, cash flow monitoring, and ongoing cost and liquidity management
- Preparation of reports, forecasts, and decision-making bases for management
- Operational implementation of recruiting, onboarding, personnel administration, and payroll
- Collaboration with tax advisors, payroll services, and external partners
- Point of contact for the team on all HR and administrative questions and maintenance of the HR tool
- Support for growth (hiring, processes, culture)
Qualifications
THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE US:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable vocational training with corresponding qualifications and professional experience
- At least 5 years of practical experience, primarily in Finance, Controlling, or Operations -- ideally in a startup or SME environment
- In addition, several years of operational HR experience, managing both areas in a comparable, responsible role
- Solid understanding of labor law, payroll, and financial fundamentals
- Enjoy hands-on work and building things from scratch
- Structured, pragmatic, and self-reliant way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high trustworthiness, and discretion
- Strong communication skills in German and English

We are looking for a person who explicitly brings experience in both areas.
