Head of Growth (m/f/d)
As Head of Growth (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building and operating scalable structures, processes, and tools across Growth Marketing, Sales, and Partner Sales. You will ensure that our growth is predictable, efficient, and profitable. In your role, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Product, Operations, and Finance teams. Your focus will be on building a clearly controllable revenue system – with clean funnels, reliable forecasts, high data quality, and effective automation.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Growth Marketing & Sales Journey from lead generation to contract closing, including leading an internal sales and marketing team (approx. 10 FTEs) and managing and developing our sales network of over 300 external sales representatives.
- Building and continuously optimizing a scalable revenue, funnel, and operating model across marketing, direct sales, partner sales, and operations.
- Developing and managing a reliable revenue forecast, including pipeline, order book, and capacity planning, in close coordination with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Building and further developing a unified KPI and reporting framework (including leads, conversion rates, CAC, sales cycle, revenue, margin).
- Responsibility for data quality, transparency, and automation across CRM, operations, and BI systems.
- Managing Marketing Operations, including lead generation (performance, partner, trade fairs, inbound), funnel performance, and go-to-market approach.
- Responsibility for pricing and product positioning, including translating product features into customer-centric benefit arguments and consistent communication across all go-to-market and sales channels.
- Managing Sales Operations through clearly defined sales processes, a structured CRM architecture, targeted automation, and consistent documentation.
- Ensuring sales quality through scalable onboarding, structured training, and continuous coaching of the sales organization.
- Coordination and reconciliation of commission settlements in close cooperation with Finance.
- Close collaboration with Product and Tech for the further development of our CRM and revenue operating platform.
- Preparation of management, board, and investor reporting, as well as deriving well-founded, data-based decision-making foundations.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- At least three years of leadership experience in Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Experience in building scalable processes and systems (CRM, funnel, forecasting, KPIs).
- Strong understanding of sales & marketing funnels, pricing, unit economics, and forecasting.
- Very good knowledge of CRM, BI, and reporting tools, as well as process automation.
