Driven by customer value, clarity, and responsibility, we stand for high-quality heating solutions and an environment where people take responsibility and drive lasting impact. \n\nWe're hiring our first (Junior) People Business Partner (m/w/d) at GALVANY --- a foundational role that will shape how the people function operates for years to come!\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\n* Talent Acquisition: Independent end-to-end recruitment for all roles in assigned teams; development of suitable search strategies to fill vacancies; coaching hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience\n* Person of Contact: Provide guidance and support to all employees of your teams, Lead conflict resolution & feedback sessions; conduct investigations into employee concerns and complaints\n* Leadership Support: Being a trusted partner of all leads within your business areas; provide them with proactive feedback that improves our KPIs and people metrics (such as: team productivity, engagement, absence, retention, internal development & completion of performance management cycles); develop & deliver trainings for team leads on people related topics (e.g. hiring manager training,...)\n* People Operations: Coach and support end-users of HR systems & processes providing administrative support to resolve issues quickly & effective; contribute to the development, maintenance and interpretation of our HR policies and practices\n* Administration: Maintaining employees' records (hand file, HRIS system, reference letters, etc.); manage contractual modifications and carry out the inherent amendments; check absence procedures, rules and balances of your teams\n* Payroll: Responsibility for all payroll processes in our HRIS Personio.\n* People Analytics: Leading in problem-solving insights by connecting various feedback and people data to identify gaps and create recommendations on solutions to improve trends in turnover, retention, and key indicators of employee engagement\n* Change Management: Act as positive promoter of change into the organisation & support team leads & employees during transformation processes\n\n### About you:\n\n* Bachelor's degree in business/ psychology or relevant practical experience\n* At least one year of HR experience in a startup/scale-up environment (including internships)\n* Understanding of German labour law, payroll processes and employee lifecycle management\n* Excellent communication skills in German and English \n\n### Skills and Attributes:\n\n* Charismatic Communicator: You observe and empathise with others, and tailor your interactions in a way that draws people to you.
