Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving style analysis, trend interpretation, and consumer-facing reasoning in advanced language models.
We are seeking experienced Fashion and Beauty Experts to create and evaluate high-quality fashion- and beauty-related prompts and responses.
This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and deeply engaged in one or more of the following languages:
Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have sustained, hands-on engagement with fashion and beauty within their linguistic and cultural context
including familiarity with:
- Local and regional fashion trends
- Beauty standards and aesthetic norms
- Brands, designers, and product positioning
- Influencer culture and consumer behavior
- Skincare routines, makeup techniques, and styling frameworks
- Fashion and beauty terminology in the target language
This role is ideal for fashion enthusiasts, stylists, makeup artists, beauty reviewers, content creators, trend analysts, or active members of fashion and beauty communities within their language ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Author realistic prompts spanning styling advice, trend analysis, product comparisons, skincare routines, makeup techniques, brand positioning, and seasonal collections
- Review and refine AI-generated responses for accuracy, cultural authenticity, trend relevance, and clarity
- Write high-quality "gold standard" responses for nuanced, context-sensitive fashion and beauty scenarios
- Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in body type, skin type, climate, cultural norms, occasion, or budget constraints
- Evaluate outputs across tones (editorial, advisory, conversational, technical)
- Identify model failure cases such as outdated trends, culturally inappropriate recommendations, unrealistic styling advice, or inaccurate product knowledge
Ideal Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sustained engagement with fashion and/or beauty through styling, content creation, product reviewing, makeup artistry, trend research, or community participation
- Active participation in fashion and beauty discourse within at least one of the specified language ecosystems
- Strong familiarity with regional brands, aesthetic standards, cultural norms, and consumer behaviors
- Ability to clearly articulate stylistic reasoning, product comparisons, and aesthetic critique in the target language
- Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment
Commitment
- Expected availability: 10--40 hours per week
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
