About the Role
This role is not a classic marketing job, nor is it a pure AI role. We are looking for someone who understands marketing and can translate it into scalable AI systems. Your task is not to permanently manage individual campaigns yourself. Your task is to design marketing processes so that AI agents can take over: Research, Messaging, Campaign Logic, Testing, Optimization. In short: You are building the marketing team of the future, consisting of AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Deconstructing existing marketing processes (e.g., ABM, Social Media, Research, Campaigns)
- Building and operating internal AI Marketing Agents
- Designing end-to-end workflows from ICP definition to campaign iteration
- Integrating modern tools and platforms (LLMs, Clay, Zapier, Make, CRM systems)
- Continuously testing and improving prompts, agent logics, and data flows
- Measuring economic effects (pipeline, leads, efficiency, scaling)
- Close collaboration with Marketing Management, Sales, and Management
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in marketing (B2B, SaaS, Growth, Demand, Content, or Performance)
- Deep understanding of funnel logics, target groups, positioning, and impact
- Practical experience with AI tools and automations -- not just experimental, but productive
- Ability to break down problems into systems and rebuild them
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to question things
- Enjoyment of taking responsibility and driving topics forward without rigid guidelines
