Job Description

Your Responsibilities
- Steering of Service Contract Sales activities in Service regarding performance, quality, and reports
- Ensuring the goals and success of activities to increase the maintenance and service contract portfolio in Service
- Support in the development of direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales departments
- Independent operational implementation (processes, resources, documents, qualifications, reports) of sales activities in the service organization in coordination with the specialist departments and management of external service providers
- Implementation of customer loyalty and retention measures in the Customer Care Team
- Independent identification of training and qualification needs as well as planning and execution of corresponding measures
- Conceptual development of training concepts and materials for the service organization regarding sales activities
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally with further training as a specialist (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d)
- Relevant professional experience in the area of responsibility is desirable
- High communication competence and customer and service orientation
- Enjoy working with people and the ability to plan and conduct training sessions
- Independent and self-responsible way of working
- Team spirit and initiative
- Very good German and English skills
