Tasks

• Support in the creation and optimization of job advertisements
• Review and pre-selection of applications
• Conducting initial and second interviews (remote)
• Structured candidate evaluation and recommendation
• Close coordination with management
• Support in building efficient recruiting processes

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting / talent acquisition / HR
• Very good feel for people and their potential
• Structured and professional interview conduct
• Independent and self-responsible way of working
• Fluent German, English advantageous
• Project-based collaboration
