This role is pivotal: you will not only manage existing accounts but actively develop the German market, which is a strategic priority for Globall Concept. You will collaborate closely with our creative studio and project managers to deliver exceptional decoration experiences for our clients.\n\nThis position offers full autonomy and requires strong discipline and independence. Whether as an employee or a freelancer (100% dedicated to Globall Concept), you will be the driving force behind our growth in these regions.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n* Develop the German portfolio: identify, prospect, and secure new customers amongst shopping malls, XXL retail properties and leisure parcs, within the territories assigned to you.\n* Understand the needs of the customer and communicate them internally to jointly elaborate the perfect project for the client.\n* Answer to customers' request for proposal with qualitative proposals and convince the client with an impressive and impactful pitch of the proposals.\n* Maintaining excellent relationships with customers.\n* Ensure the follow-up from A to Z with the client throughout the project, from the reception of the call for tenders until the installation of the decorations.\n* Maximise the customers satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence and precise communication.\n* Ensure a smooth collaboration between the different internal teams, including our creative Studio, our project managers and our Purchasing desk, while being the single point of contact for the customer within Globall.\n* Continuously improve ways of working, processes, and decision-making frameworks to strengthen partner performance.\n* Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities.\n* Plan and manager a long sales cycle typical of the festive decoration market, requiring anticipation and strategic planning months in advance.\n* During the peak season (November--December), expect an intense workload with increased client interactions, on-site visits, and flexibility in working hours to ensure successful installations.\n* Operate fully remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Germany, and travel regularly to meet clients and oversee projects.\n\n### Your Profile\n\n* Experience: 3 -- 5 years in sales or key account management of projects. Experience working in retail property / mall operations / large format retail environment is a plus.\n* Language: Fluent in German and English is essential.
