Role & Responsibilities
- Produce clear, SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, landing pages, and marketing copy tailored for German and international audiences.
- Perform keyword research, craft content briefs, and structure long-form content to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
- Publish and manage content in WordPress/CMS, ensuring accurate formatting, metadata, and basic HTML where required.
- Optimize existing content for search performance and conversion through on-page SEO and A/B testing recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across channels.
- Monitor content performance using analytics and SEO tools, and iterate content based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Native-level or fluent German writing and strong professional English writing skills.
- Proven track record writing digital content for blogs, landing pages, or marketing funnels.
- Demonstrable SEO and keyword-research experience using tools such as Ahrefs or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
- Ability to analyze content performance with Google Analytics and convert insights into actionable updates.
- Strong copywriting and content-structuring skills for web and mobile audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace platforms, or freelance/talent marketplaces.
- Familiarity with SEO optimization tools such as Surfer SEO or SEMrush.
- Experience creating content for EU/regulatory or compliance-aware audiences.
