Ihre Aufgaben

You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams, supporting senior artists and designers while learning how to create effective performance marketing creatives in a live-game environment.

• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing creatives, including social media ads, paid user acquisition visuals, email, web, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Follow and apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing assets.
• Adapt designs to different formats, platforms, resolutions, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to execute concepts and campaigns.
• Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs to improve creative quality.
• Support senior designers and artists in day-to-day creative production tasks.
• Assist in maintaining well-organized design files, templates, and asset libraries for team use.

Ihr Profil

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Medium knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple assets.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and creative techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year experience working on marketing assets for games, apps, or digital products.
• Familiarity with social media formats, performance marketing creatives, or store visuals.
• Basic experience with motion or Unity 3D is a plus.
• Interest in games and understanding of how visuals support player acquisition and engagement.
• Basic knowledge of 3d animation is a plus
