This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for a Business Development Manager within a growing game development studio.

About Us

We are a dynamic game development studio with a focus on Unity development, 3D animation, and creating interactive experiences for a global clientele. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and secure new projects.

Your Role

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients.
  • Generate leads and successfully close deals.
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships.
  • Effectively present and sell our game development services.
  • Negotiate project terms and agreements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Compensation

  • Receive a commission of 15% to 25% per closed deal.
  • Earn a recurring commission of 5% to 10% on projects from returning clients.
