This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for a Business Development Manager within a growing game development studio.
About Us
We are a dynamic game development studio with a focus on Unity development, 3D animation, and creating interactive experiences for a global clientele. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and secure new projects.
Your Role
- Identify and engage with prospective clients.
- Generate leads and successfully close deals.
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships.
- Effectively present and sell our game development services.
- Negotiate project terms and agreements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Compensation
- Receive a commission of 15% to 25% per closed deal.
- Earn a recurring commission of 5% to 10% on projects from returning clients.
