What you will achieve

• By operating, administering, and further developing our central mobile device management environment with a focus on Microsoft Intune, you will significantly contribute to a modern and secure endpoint landscape.
• You will plan, implement, and optimize concepts for Modern Endpoint Management – from device configuration and compliance policies to uniform security standards.
• The support of our Windows, iOS, and Android end devices is part of your area of responsibility, as is the automation of recurring administrative and deployment processes.
• You will ensure the timely implementation of IT security measures, particularly in the areas of mobile security, conditional access, and zero-trust architectures, thus actively contributing to the protection of our IT environment.
• You will contribute your expertise in technical 2nd and 3rd level support and assist in solving complex issues.
• Furthermore, you will lead infrastructure projects or sub-projects, create system documentation, and train IT colleagues in the use of the deployed solutions.

What sets you apart

• You have completed a science or technology degree in a STEM field at a university or university of applied sciences, or have a comparable qualification.
• You already possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS, as well as sound experience in mobile device and endpoint management – ideally with Microsoft Intune.
• Conceptual strength combined with a systematic and independent way of working helps you to structure and process even complex topics.
• Continuous further training, familiarization with new technologies, and independent information gathering are a matter of course for you.
• Good communication skills and strong teamwork abilities facilitate your collaboration with colleagues from various departments.
• You are also prepared to participate in an alternating on-call duty to help ensure operational continuity.
