Responsibilities

  • Process orders, coordinate deliveries and invoicing, and support receivables follow-up
  • Monitor and update EDI forecasts and rolling forecasts
  • Communicate with OEM customers regarding forecasts and order-related topics
  • Support the preparation of customer quotations (RFQs) based on internal input
  • Maintain and update customer data and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Support sales reporting and month-end/year-end reporting by preparing basic KPI overviews and documentation
  • Liaise with our international team on logistics and finance-related topics
  • Assist with travel arrangements and general administrative tasks

Profile

  • First experience in sales support, order management, or a similar function
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Chinese language skills are an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills, ERP experience is a plus
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail
