In this role, you think legally and act internationally: Your talent for understanding complex legal requirements and translating them into practical solutions makes you an indispensable partner for our top management and our group companies worldwide.

• You design international employment and secondment contracts
• You develop global policies and standards (e.g., on Global Compensation)
• You ensure that our compensation models worldwide comply with regulatory requirements
• You support our group companies with cross-location compliance and regulatory issues as well as strong corporate governance

Das bringst du mit

• Completed legal studies (Staatsexamen, LL. B., LL. M.) or comparable qualification
• Experience in international contract and corporate law
• Ideally, experience in formulating and implementing HR Policies and Guidelines in an international context
• Knowledge of HR compliance and / or global mobility as well as labor law is an advantage
• Negotiation fluent in English and German or native English speaker level and strong communication skills
• Attention to detail, an international mindset, humor, and curiosity
