The company is a strong, medium-sized manufacturer of high-quality window and door systems with approx. 350 employees in Germany, spread across 3 locations. The company stands for quality, stability, and a modern corporate culture.
In the course of the transformation process and expansion of the HR department, we are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) who has sound experience in the HR department of a manufacturing company. You have either already gained initial leadership experience or are ready to take the next step into a responsible leadership role. In close cooperation with the management, you will shape the long-term development of the HR strategy and actively contribute to the expansion and further development of the HR department in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for all personnel-related issues at the 3 locations
- Development and advancement of the HR department, with a focus on recruiting, personnel development, and employee retention
- Management and implementation of HR projects, e.g., digitalization and introduction of an HR software solution
- Support and guidance of change management in the company's transformation process
- Advising management on personnel strategies as an active member of the management team
Profile
- Completed degree or comparable training in HR or business psychology
- Several years of experience in HR, preferably in a production environment
- Experience in the development and advancement of HR processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of labor law and personnel development
- Initiative and the ability to shape and drive change
