For DocPlus, our solution for the fast and legally compliant creation of HR documents, we are looking for a Product Manager:in (d/m/f) at the Freiburg im Breisgau location as soon as possible.

In this role, you will work closely with our product team and the Product Owner in Barcelona. You will be responsible for the strategic further development of the product, translate customer requirements into clear perspectives, and actively drive the go-to-market strategy from conception to implementation. DocPlus, a young product with great potential, is facing its next growth phase, with scalable further development being central.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• You will bear business responsibility and translate goals into the strategic further development of the product. This is how you actively shape the next growth phase.
• You will analyze the market, customer needs, and relevant trends, deriving clear requirements and priorities for product development.
• You will manage and coordinate the relevant stakeholders around the product, ensuring clarity on goals, priorities, and next steps.
• You will develop and be responsible for the go-to-market perspective of the product, working closely with the involved departments on successful positioning and marketing.
• You will identify potentials for scaling the product and integrate them systematically into the strategy and roadmap.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in a digital, SaaS-related, or B2B environment.
• A good feel for market requirements, customer needs, and product potentials, enabling you to derive clear priorities.
• Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic and implementation-oriented action.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and growth phases of digital products.
• The ability to communicate complex contexts clearly and to integrate different perspectives effectively.
• Enjoyment of working in an international setup and appreciation for close collaboration with colleagues at different locations.
• Very good German and English language skills.
