Your Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for enterprise customers after contract signing during the onboarding phase.
• Responsibility for the Sales-to-CS handover process using structured guidelines.
• Conduct regular analyses (QBRs) to demonstrate customer value and identify upselling potential.
• Monitor customer metrics such as NPS, product adoption, and churn risks.
• Daily exchange with Software Module Owners in Görlitz to synchronize customer feedback and roadmap.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management in the IT industry.
• Excellent German (native level) and confident English skills.
• Technical understanding to explain complex software to business users.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with executive stakeholders.

Salary Information:

• Gross Salary: Starting from €45,000 p.a.
• Salary Type: Annual
