We're working with Riverty on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead for Telephony to manage and inspire a team of customer service professionals, driving performance and continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.
The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 employees, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance.
- Support and advise your team on complex issues, guiding them in solution development.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries from business partners and a key link to internal interfaces.
- Coach and actively foster the development and motivation of your team members.
- Take responsibility for ongoing productivity and quality assurance, identifying and implementing process optimizations.
- Manage project topics in collaboration with internal departments.
What You'll Need
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, inspiring others with innovative problem-solving strategies.
- A consistent customer-centric focus in all decisions.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service/telephony.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and German.
