We're working with Piening on this exciting opportunity. This is a crucial HR role within a stable, mid-sized company, offering clear structures and direct decision-making. You'll play a key part in supporting employees and leaders across the complete HR lifecycle.

The Role:

• Manage the full HR lifecycle for employees and managers
• Oversee all operational HR tasks from onboarding to offboarding
• Draft and review employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and references
• Ensure compliance with labor and social security laws
• Contribute to HR projects and optimize existing HR processes
• Collaborate closely with management

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Business Partner
• Recent HR experience in the private sector (within the last 3-5 years)
• Master's degree with an HR specialization
• Strong knowledge of German labor law
• Structured, meticulous, and independent work style
• Professional demeanor and fluent communication in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and common HR systems
