What You'll Do

• Build, optimize, and scale prediction & forecasting models (e.g. Lead Scoring, Propensity Models)
• Research and implement techniques to improve model performance on large-scale datasets
• Translate business challenges into high-value ML use cases with measurable outcomes
• Work closely with Sales and Business teams to turn models into actionable insights
• Engineer meaningful features from raw structured and unstructured data
• Develop end-to-end machine learning solutions from prototype to production
• Improve inference speed, batch processing, and model efficiency
• Drive data-driven decision making across the business

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Databricks
• Solid expertise in Machine Learning and NLP
• Experience building prediction models and end-to-end ML systems
• Understanding of model optimization topics (GPU, batch processing, inference performance)
• Ability to identify features, choose algorithms, train models, and create measurable value
• Fluent English (B2+)
