What You'll Do

• Build and scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for large and complex datasets
• Develop lead generation and lead scoring systems using behavioral and firmographic data
• Work with B2B intent signals (job postings, funding rounds, company growth indicators, etc.)
• Design and implement predictive models for sales & marketing use cases (propensity scoring, lead qualification)
• Build and maintain data architectures, schemas, and scalable data models
• Integrate and process data from external APIs and web sources
• Develop web scraping solutions to extract market intelligence data
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across distributed systems

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of Data Engineering experience
• Proven experience with Databricks in production environments (Spark, Delta Lake, Workflows)
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark
• Advanced SQL skills for complex querying and data modeling
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow orchestration
• Strong understanding of data architecture and scalable data systems
• Experience integrating external APIs
• Familiarity with web scraping techniques and tools
• Fluent English communication skills
