Your Role

In line with the expansion of the sales team, we are immediately seeking a "Sales Manager - Ship Refurbishment (m/f/d)" with willingness to travel worldwide. This is a permanent position with an attractive salary package.

Responsibilities

  • Further development of the global ship refurbishment market
  • Acquisition of new customers from shipyards and support of existing customers
  • Planning of roadshows at shipyards throughout Europe and conducting product presentations
  • Leading sales negotiations and pricing
  • Worldwide sales responsibility for the ship refurbishment sector
  • Collaboration with other departments such as product management
  • Attending trade fairs and industry associations

Requirements

  • Experience in sales of technical capital goods to the maritime industry (corrosion protection, surface technology)
  • Knowledge of paint stripping processes is an advantage (high-pressure water, blasting, etc.)
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Very good English skills
  • Hands-on mentality
