About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner - Tech (m/f/x) to join our Global People Team at our Berlin Headquarters, reporting to the Head of Business Partnering for our Global Tech function. You will act as a strategic partner, trusted guide, performance coach, and change agent, bridging the Tech function and the People team. You'll support leaders in developing solutions for business and talent needs, enable people managers and employees, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business, People team, and Works Council. What you'll do:
- Align people strategy and talent initiatives with HelloFresh and Tech function strategies and KRs.
- Drive organizational change, talent development, and company-wide people initiatives with Tech leaders and their teams.
- Manage key HR processes including organization design, workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, and pay reviews.
- Coach managers on people management activities to retain and develop Tech talent.
- Focus on employee engagement by helping managers use feedback for action plans.
- Utilize People Analytics data for data-driven objectives, progress measurement, and proactive stakeholder support.
- Collaborate with the wider People team on Tech-specific and company-wide initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a tech environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in independently planning and implementing People projects (performance management, pay reviews, employee engagement, succession planning, talent reviews, change management) across the employee lifecycle.
- Fluency in English (German is a strong plus).
- Experience partnering with a Works Council is a strong plus.
