Your Responsibilities

• Customer support and long-term client retention, acting as a confident and likeable representative of the company.
• Expanding and securing our existing customer base, as well as acquiring new customers through strong communication skills.
• Executing various telephone sales campaigns with an outgoing personality.
• Providing competent service advice and closing sales through continuous customer interaction.
• Utilizing negotiation skills to persuade customers about our products and services.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training; career changers are also very welcome.
• Experience in telephone sales and a passion for identifying customer needs.
• Team spirit, enthusiasm, and self-assurance, combined with an independent, goal-oriented work style.
