Our mission at HEY HOLY: To elevate dog health through nutrition. Instead of one-size-fits-all, we focus on breed-specific, functional food -- developed with veterinarians and aiming to give every dog a long, healthy life.

What began as an idea in 2022 is now a rapidly growing DTC subscription model serving over 20,000 dogs. Our 20-person team is set to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 -- now is the perfect time to join.

And that's exactly where you come in: You identify conversion hurdles before others notice them. You analyze, test, iterate -- always with a clear goal: the best shop, the best funnel, the best experience.

Your playing field? Our webshop. And you'll ensure that visitors become enthusiastic customers -- data-driven, structured, and with a good feel for detail. And you'll lead not only your team but also our KPIs where they belong: upwards.

Tasks

  • You take responsibility for the customer journey from the landing page or PDP -- identify friction points before our customers do, and resolve them together with design and developers.
  • You find and prioritize data-based optimization potentials in the entire shop -- everything that increases conversion, retention, or ARPU lands on your list (and then in live tests).
  • You develop, test, and analyze A/B experiments -- whether it's copy, layout, or flow: You want to know what works -- not believe it.
  • You have our eCom KPIs under control -- and in sight: Conversion Rate, ARPU, Retention & Co. are not just metrics for you, but your playground for real business results.
  • You lead our eCom team with structure and ambition, build clear processes, prepare us for scaling -- and develop the team long-term.

Qualification

  • You have 5 -- 7 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally with a D2C brand -- and know how to not only plan growth but also deliver it.
  • You know your way around Shopify like others know Google Docs -- and feel just as comfortable with A/B testing tools, page builders, click funnels, and web analytics (GA4, Hotjar & Co.).
  • You bring a hands-on mentality and a can-do spirit -- you don't wait around, but get started when you see a problem.
  • You have gained initial leadership experience -- and can not only coordinate people but truly help them grow.
  • You have a desire for speed, responsibility, and ownership -- you want to shape, move, and improve -- not just go along for the ride.
