About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of building the global compliance champion with us. You'll be part of our amazing Sales Team and one of the first to convince companies about heyData. With your open personality and sales talent, you'll use various channels to win customers. Here, you'll have the opportunity to develop quickly and become a true master of tech sales.

Your Mission

• Proactively build and maintain customer relationships through calls or emails
• Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted research and analysis
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies, including identifying new sales channels and opportunities
• Actively participate in marketing and sales activities to increase heyData's brand awareness and reach potential customers
• Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to maximize lead generation and optimize the sales process
• Continuously monitor and report on sales activities, identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and success

Your Profile

• You are motivated to build heyData into the leading compliance startup
• First experience in B2B sales is a plus, but we are looking for motivation and the willingness to learn, shape sales processes from the beginning, and grow with heyData
• Enjoy communicating with customers and possess a customer-oriented mindset
• High initiative and independent working style, combined with a strong team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and interest in current developments in compliance and data protection
• Excellent communication skills in German and good English skills
