Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Associate to support data processing and administrative tasks for an international remote team.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Germany. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage data and documents using standard office tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and digital records
  • Organize and manage files and documentation
  • Support back office and administrative operations
  • Assist with routine data checks and reporting
  • Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection

Language Requirements

  • English: Working proficiency required
  • German: Not required, considered a plus
