Research Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking an Online Research Assistant to support research, data collection, and analysis activities for an international remote team.

This is a full time remote position open to candidates based in Germany, ideal for individuals who are detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with online information and data sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and desktop research across multiple sources
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from market, business, and industry topics
• Summarize findings into clear reports and insights
• Support ongoing research and analysis projects
• Maintain research databases and documentation
• Prepare briefs, summaries, and internal presentations
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of collected information

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Background in research, analytics, business, economics, or social science
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• German is a plus but not require
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
