Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to source and hire engineering and technical talent. The role partners with engineering leaders to fill roles thoughtfully --- fluent in the language of the engineers you're recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and referrals
- Conduct technical screens and partner with hiring panels on assessments
- Coordinate complex interview loops with engineering managers
- Negotiate offers and close candidates competitively
- Maintain ATS hygiene and improve funnel conversion
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years in technical recruiting (in-house or specialist agency)
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, GitHub search)
- Excellent stakeholder management with engineering leaders
- Track record of closing senior engineers in competitive markets
