Your Role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager (m/f/d) for direct placement at their Nuremberg location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Marketing and sales of high-quality new-build and investment properties
• Management of the entire sales cycle and conducting contract negotiations
• Advising and supporting clients and prospects
• Developing strategic business relationships and a long-term network
• Creating marketing materials and sales documentation

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in real estate or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication skills and structured way of working
• Ideally, an existing network in the real estate industry
