We combine first principles thinking with our passion for tech to build THE platform for finding and caring for your pet.
Since our launch in June 2022, we have grown to over 23,000 registered buyers and 2000 breeders, and we are just getting started!

Tasks
Your main goal is to increase connections between breeders/shelters and pet parents.
- Scale buyers and increase app traffic through SEA, SEO, and social media.
- Utilize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Instagram/TikTok.
- Optimize our E2E funnel to increase revenues (conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV).
- Automate and optimize AI companions to support your day-to-day tasks.
- Be close to customers and partners, supporting customer support and partner updates.
Based on the above, you are the best evaluator to decide if you believe this is a role you will be able to thrive in.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Fluent in German (C2) & English.
- AI proficient with tools related to marketing.
- Desire for autonomy, ownership, and responsibility from day one.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns (performance, content, or lifecycle), ideally in a startup or for your own projects.
Great-Haves
- You have or have had a dog and are knowledgeable about them.
