The approximately 400 employees, operating at global locations, pull together and live a corporate culture characterized by mutual respect, openness, and trust.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n### Contact Person for Our Employees\nConsultation and support in all personnel-related matters for our approximately 400 colleagues.\n\n### Payroll\nIndependent execution of monthly payroll accounting, considering legal and company regulations, as well as communication with social security institutions, health insurance companies, and authorities.\n\n### Administrative Tasks in Daily Business\nProcessing of new hires and departures, as well as change processes, managing time tracking, administering access authorizations, and other administrative activities.\n\n### Documentation Maintenance\nCareful and independent maintenance of documentation, checklists, and internal process lists.\n\n### Support for HR Management and the Team\nUndertaking operational and conceptual tasks to optimize our HR processes.\n\n### Additional Activities\nCarrying out year-end closing activities, preparing analyses, evaluations, statistics, and presentations as needed.\n\n## Candidate Profile\n\n### Qualification\nYou have successfully completed a degree or vocational training, ideally with a focus on human resources.\n\n### Experience\nYou already have professional experience in the HR field and in payroll accounting.\n\n### On-Site Presence\nYou are willing to be on-site at least three days a week.
