Your Tasks

In our Competence Center Controlling & Finance, we provide solutions for the challenges of the CFO area and jointly shape high-performance and innovative controlling, accounting, and finance systems as well as finance organizations with our clients. Our focus areas include Finance Transformation, Group Management & Legal Reporting, Operational Management, Cost and Performance Management, Accounting Excellence, Transfer Pricing, Tax Accounting, and Treasury. We advise clients from strategic alignment and business conception to technical implementation, for example in SAP S/4 HANA.

• (Part-time) Project Management (A-Z): You will be responsible for varied and demanding (part-time) projects in the Controlling & Finance environment with a focus on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, from conception to implementation.
• SAP Transformation: With your experience in designing, standardizing, harmonizing, and integrating business processes in internal and external accounting, you will develop innovative and customized solutions for and with our clients. You will shape SAP transformations from the early conception phase through to implementation management.
• Shaping the Future: You are committed to sustainable growth and implement this together with our clients. Furthermore, you will develop our client relationships. Depending on your experience level, you will independently acquire projects and build new contacts.
• Taking Responsibility: Depending on your prior experience, we will entrust you with (initial) management responsibility within our teams.

Your Profile

• Team Player: You value friendly collaboration, knowledge and experience sharing, and entrepreneurial freedom just as much as we do. You enjoy tackling challenges together. And last but not least: We have a sense of humor – do you?
• Technical Expertise: You have several years of experience in Controlling and/or Accounting, ideally with SAP experience – either from a consulting or client-side perspective. Knowledge in SAP ERP FI/CO and possibly further knowledge in related logistics processes in Sales, Production, Material Management, etc., is desirable.
• Your Competencies: You are well-versed in analytical methods, planning, decision-making, and moderation techniques. You communicate convincingly and to the point, in both German and English. You enjoy acquiring new projects/clients through your persuasive demeanor.
• Academic Background: Naturally, you bring broad theoretical knowledge with your completed degree.
