What to Expect

• Conception, development, and piloting of digital services in the non-insurance sector of HUK-COBURG.
• Design of the service's business model with a focus on added value for customers.
• Definition of suitable metrics for the success of the service.
• Research into promising solutions and suitable partner companies in the market, including exploratory talks and negotiations.
• Design of the customer journey and development of marketing and sales concepts in collaboration with the specialist departments.
• Selection of suitable technologies for the implementation of these services and conception of processes together with the technical departments.
• Preparation of decision proposals for the Executive Board.

Your Profile

• Extensive knowledge in the area of (product) conception and project management.
• Ideally, professional experience in the setup and development of new products, processes, or services.
• Constant focus on the customer perspective.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and an "out-of-the-box" mindset.
• Completed studies in a field relevant to the job profile.
