Sales Manager - Performance Marketing International (m/w/d) - 100% Remote

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

  • Market Development: Actively acquire new customers in the DACH market and support the expansion into international regions.
  • Close the Deal: From cold outreach to closing – you manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Consulting at Eye Level: Understand customer pain points (growth, CAC/CPA, ROAS, scaling, tracking) and deliver facts, not marketing fluff.
  • Solution Sales: Strategically position new performance offerings in the market and identify new demand potentials early on.
  • Process Design: Develop strategies for international market penetration.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Language Pro: Fluent German + another focus language (EN or FR) at a strong level.
  • Sales DNA: Whether 2 or 20 years of experience – you love closing deals and work independently.
  • Clear Communication: Communicate directly, listen actively, and be authentic.
  • Tech Savvy: Interested in MarTech/Performance Marketing and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Opportunity Mindset: Quickly recognize market opportunities and convincingly position new solutions.
