Growth Marketing Manager

The Role

We're looking for a full-time intern to join us in Go-to-Market & Growth. You'll work directly with the founding team, helping execute our go-to-market strategy, owning your own projects, and building AI-powered marketing automations. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape how we reach and grow our user base from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Execute go-to-market initiatives and contribute to growth strategy
• Own end-to-end projects---from ideation to execution
• Build and implement AI-powered marketing automations
• Analyze market data and user insights to inform strategy
• Experiment with growth channels and optimize what works
• Support other areas of the business as needed---startup life means wearing multiple hats

What we're looking for

• AI-native: You actively use agentic tools for your work and studies, play with new AI tools as they launch, and understand the basics of how LLMs work
• Entrepreneurial: You're proactive, take initiative without being asked, and thrive when given ownership rather than instructions
• Eager to learn: You love to learn, want to progress and can teach yourself anything
• Interest in marketing, growth, or go-to-market strategy
• Comfortable working with data and experimenting with new tools
• Flexible and willing to jump into different tasks
• Fluent in English
